DAY 00 ARRIVALS
ISLAMABAD
Departure from your country and arrival early in the morning at Islamabad International airport, previous night included. Transfer to hotel in Islamabad.
DAY 01 ARRIVAL
RAWALPINDI/ISLAMABAD
The twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad are situated at the edge of Potohar Plateau & 25 minutes apart by car.
DAY 02
ISLAMABAD TO NARAN
After an early breakfast leave Islamabad for Naran., we reach Naran, a fisherman’s dream surrounded by lush green meadows and rushing icy Kunhar River. Naran happens to be the center of Kaghan’s Tourism. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel in Naran, after check-in visit to the bazaars.
DAY 03
NARAN TO RAMA LAKE ASTORE
AM : Morning departure for the lush green village of Babusar. We drive on to a newly built road which leads to the Babusar Pass and Karakoram High Way. After an exciting drive we reach Babusar Pass 4145 meters high and once surrounded by pine plantations. We will continue driving towards Astore Valley and will reach Rama Lake in the evening for rest and night.
DAY 04
RAMA LAKE ASTORE
AM : Full day sightseeing excursion of Rama Lake with plenty of time to relax and enjoy the mountain beauty. Evening for rest and night.
DAY 05
ASTORE TO SKARDU VIA DEOSAI NATIONAL PARK
AM : A full day sightseeing drive by 4 x 4 wheel drive, to Skardu via Deosai National Park at an average elevation of 4,114 meters (13,497 ft) above the sea level, making the Deosai Plains the highest plateau in the world. The park protects an area of 3,000 square kilometers (1,200 sq mi). It is well known for its rich flora and fauna of the Karakoram – West Tibetan Plateau alpine steppe Eco region. In the spring season it is covered by sweeps wildflowers and a wide variety of butterflies. Our Van transport will drive a day early to Skardu to meet us there.
DAY 06
SKARDU SHANGRILA AND UPPER KACHORA LAKE
AM : Start an relaxing sightseeing excursion of Lower Kachora and Upper Kachora Lake about 20 kg from Skardu. In the evening return to Hotel for the night stay.
DAY 07
SKARDU TO KHAPLU
Early in the morning drive to Manthuka Water Fall and then continue to Khaplu Khaplu is the administrative capital of the Ghangche District.
DAY 08
KHAPLU TO SKARDU
AM : Morning departure for Skardu, after arrival transfer to Hotel. In the evening visit Skardu Bazaar and Kharpocho Fort.
DAY 09
SKARDU TO KARIMABAD
AM : After early morning breakfast, proceed for a full day ride to Karimabad – the capital of Hunza.
DAY 10
KARIMABAD
Full day excursion of Altit and Baltit Forts with visit to Upper Hunza Passu. In the evening return to Karimabad
DAY 11
KARIMABAD TO GILGIT
AM : After a brief sunrise tour of Dukar and breakfast drive to Gilgit .
DAY 12
GILGIT TO PHANDER
AM : Early in the morning drive toward Phander. Enroute visit The Kargah Nulla is famous for its huge rock carving.
DAY 13
PHANDER TO CHITRAL
AM : After breakfast drive to Chitral, before driving to Ayun Fort, we will take a short drive to Chitral Bazaar.
DAY 14
KALASH BOMBORET TO AYUN FORT
After an early breakfast drive to Kalash Valley. Bomboret, one of the Kalash Valleys.
DAY 15
CHITRAL TO SWAT
Proceed to Swat via Lowari Pass, Dir
Swat The Greeks fought for its beauty, the Buddhists inhabited it because of its eternal beauty and peace, the Moghals envied its lush green valleys and fast flowing rivers and today it is coveted by the Pathans, the Kohistanis and the Gujars.
On arrival night at Hotel.
DAY 16
SWAT TO ISLAMABAD
AM : After an early breakfast, we will resume the exciting journey to Islamabad Enroute we will visit Takht Bhai The Buddhist monastery of Takht-e-Bahi .
DAY 17
ISLAMABAD
AM : Transfer to airport for your return flight back home.
